Sears , Senior Pastor: A graduate of Baptist Bible College, he
also attended Bob Jones University. He has been a preacher for over forty years,
and has pastored First Bible Baptist Church since 1974. |

Steve Heglund : Associate to the pastor, is a graduate of Pacific
Coast Baptist Bible College and also serves as principal of Golden State Baptist
Schools. He has been on staff since 1981. |
 | Mr.
Rob Massie : Music Director, came up through the ministry of our church. He has worked in many areas of the church ministry before assuming the position of our church Music Director.

Bob Orr : Youth Director, is a product of our church and school who has been in the church all of his life.
He is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a degree in computer science. Bob also works with the bus ministry of the church. |
